Creative Art Therapy is a way of gently exploring your emotions, thoughts, and inner world using creative tools—like painting, journaling, collage, music, or movement.

In HICAT, we work holistically, combining multiple creative practices to support the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.

You don’t need any art skills at all—just a willingness to explore and express.
