When I talk about Creative Healing, I’m referring to the gentle, transformative power of HICAT—Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy—as a way to support and deepen your personal healing journey.
It’s not about being “good” at art. It’s about using creativity as a tool for emotional release, reflection, and inner calm.
As a qualified HICAT practitioner, teacher, and artist, I’m passionate about sharing simple, soulful practices that use visual art, journaling, movement, writing, and mindfulness to reconnect you with your inner self.
